This was an attempt of the put yourself in their shoes project. I used photo shop to edit the original picture to have Lin Manuel Miranda' s face replaced with mine. I used the magnetic lasso, blur, transform, burn, and dodge/sponge tools to get my face matched with his. I did enjoy this project, as it was funny to put my face on a person that i look up to. I learned a lot in this project and on thing that is very important is that i need to blend more and shape any object you are putting it into the photo.
This is the original cover i made for the Pentatonix's Christmas album "That's Christmas To Me". This album was chosen by us and Mr. Adams assigned us to create and original cover for it. I created a play on an earlier album that Pentatonix made. I used brusheezy to download custom brushes like the Christmas tree, and the snow flakes. I altered the size of the brushes to get to the size i want. On the back, I wrote all of the lyrics to the song. I created a two-toned Christmas tree using a spray stencil brush i found and i am very pleased with the result. During this project i learned how to download brushes online and how to put text on a Photoshop document. To print it i had to put it into publisher and alter the size.
This is an album i made for the fall of troy by Tom Waits. This album was produced in 2005, being released to the public on August 16, 2005. The album was called doppelganger, which its genre was the classic rock and the blues. I struggled to fit the required ten images onto the album at first but it eventually got easier. However i made a mistake in putting the artists face on the album cover which was not allowed. On the front of the album i used black and red to create borders around the edges. I used brusheezy to download the custom bird brush that I put on the left. I edited the pictures to fit the on the run theme of the music. I feel that i could have done better on the front of the album, but I feel that the backside is a lot better. I splotched red and blue around and used the blur tool to create a warped effect. I put my custom logo at the bottom-right hand with the lyrics opposing them on the left. I feel that overall it was a good job.
This is the design for a complementary t-shirt that comes with the album. While the t-shirt doesn't match the album i made it for the world tour of the band, which started in 2016. In the future i should flip it before putting it on weebly.
